We at Radiating Hope seek climbers of all skill levels to organize or join ongoing climbs at just about any time of the year!

By taking on this challenge and joining our climbs, you help Radiating Hope make a difference in the lives of cancer patients across the world. 

As a RadiatingHope climber, you will help us continue to impact lives, both far and near, while carrying the cause to some of the worlds most beautiful and highest peaks.


We support climbers to help reach their goal of summiting with excellent guide services and equipment. All money raised goes to purchase or refurbish radiation equipment for developing countries.

How It Works

Skill Levels

We offer climbs to fit all levels of climbers, from beginning to advanced

Beginner

No prior experience necessary. However, physical conditioning is important and you must be able to carry a pack of 20 pounds for at least an hour without resting. We recommend prior hiking experience, but this is not mandatory. 

Intermediate

Prior mountaineering experience encouraged but not mandatory. Must be in excellent physical condition and able to carry a 40 pound pack for at least an hour without stopping to rest. An introductory class to mountaineering is recommended prior to embarking on a climb in the intermediate level. 

Advanced

Prior mountaineering experience is mandatory. Must have experience with crampons, self-arrest with an ice axe and prior climbs at altitude. Excellent physical conditioning is mandatory and must be able to carry a 50 pound pack for 2 hours without resting. 

Climb Types

Glacier | Requires utilization of ice axe and crampons, intermediate level 
Expedition | Requires several days to complete, typically intermediate to advanced level
