The Greater Horn Oncology Symposium (GHOS) is a biennial multidisciplinary platform that brings togetherradiation/clinical oncology health professionals from North America, Europe, Eastern and Southern Africa to discuss current topics in oncology, and to discuss advances in multidisciplinary radiation oncology care in these regions. Â The meeting is designed to encourage interactions amongst participants and to help build international partnerships dedicated to increasing access to radiation therapy worldwide.Â
This year, RadiatingHope has partnered with Access to Care Cape Town, to bring a Head and Neck contouring workshop, and case presentation forum to be held at Groote Schuur Hospital on the 31st October and 1st November 2024; these are 2identical workshops so that we can accommodate additional numbers. Â We have international experts in head and neck cancer, with practical contouring cases as well as case discussions on Paediatric radiation Oncology, gynae-oncology and breast cancer. Please book your place early on one of these days to avoid disappointment as places are limited!
