Mt Whitney to Death Valley (Highest to Lowest in U.S. lower 48)

Join a Radiating Hope Adventure to touch the Highest (Mt Whitney 14,505') and lowest (Death Valley -282') points in the lower 48 States. We start by flying into Las Vegas, where we will meet the team. From there, we drive 4 hours to Mount Whitney for a 3-day adventure climbing to the highest point in the lower 48 states in the U.S. From Whitney, we drive 3 hours to Death Valley where we will explore the lowest elevation in the lower 48, hike Badwater Basin, and have a group dinner and celebration before heading back out to Las Vegas for our journey home.

• Day Pack: approximately 30L recommended. RadGlobalAdventures, LLC will provide a duffel bag for you. The duffel is carried by the porters, you carry your day pack with snacks, water and layers.

• First-Aid Kit: Should contain chapstick, sunblock, insect repellent, Ibuprofen, Band Aids, Acetazolamide, Zofran, anti-histamine, and Imodium, as well as any personal medication.
• Wet Wipes: Can be purchased in Kathmandu or in villages during your trek.
• Travel Documents: Passport (wise to carry copies as well), visa (purchased upon arrival at the airport), travel insurance (we recommend Travel Guard), paper copies of airline itinerary.
